We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Manager Business Development & Alliances to help us acquire and grow clientele for our App (Tech Product for Service Providers). You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

• Develop an acquisition strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Connect with prospective clients, Associations & Communities.
• Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting, clients’ objectives.
• Keep track record of sales & revenue.
• Provide feedback and after-sales support
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
• Travel to various parts of India & work hand in hand with local sales team
• (inhouse or outsourced)
• Provide valuable market inputs for product enhancement & upgrade.

• Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in a relevant role in a Start Up Company (Oyo, Klook, Thrillophillia, Urban Company, MyDukan etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint Presentation, Google Sheets & Docs, Google Forms etc.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi & other Indian Languages (preferred)
• Market & Industry knowledge
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills

• Responsibilities include test script execution, data sourcing/data provisioning, defect analysis, and ensuring that proper test result documentation and processes are followed as per the test strategy

• In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based/mobile applications. Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile development environment – SCRUM is a plus
• Experience writing front end test harnesses
• Experience with Selenium frameworks is a plus
• Having Experience in Software Testing, which includes Test case Authoring, Test Execution, Defect
• Having Experience in Functional and Regression / Integration and Smoke testing
• Having Experience in using defect-tracking tools
• Strong RDBMS SQL skills and strong backend testing
• Good understanding of testing concepts - STLC, metrics, defects life cycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Understand the market, clients and build business cases for new product opportunities
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• Use data, creativity, and experimentation to constantly improve the product experience
• Talk to Sales, Marketing, Operations team members to identify problems
• Apply the lens of user goals and BizzO’s mission to prioritize problems to solve
• Work with engineering and design to plan launch scope
• Execute strategies that will drive measurable growth in adoption and engagement

• You have 3-6 years of hands-on product experience working on building products or Solving problems in a start-up
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
• You have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative and excited by ideating/building
• You are highly data-driven and measure everything you execute to course correct

• Have experience in building the Rest API building and integration
• Good in implementing the OOPS concepts and data structure
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako
• Good Experience at least one database in NoSQL OR RDBMS like Postgres, MySQL
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN
• Have experience in working with AWS cloud and linux is an advantage
